Art therapy – what values are important to you?

Date: Monday, 08/08/2022

Time: 11.00am–12.00pm

Location: Online workshop

Address: N/A

Art therapy is a way to explore and express feelings and ideas in a non-verbal way. This session offers an invitation to focus on the values that are most important to you.

By responding to this invitation visually it is possible to uncover insights that have specific meaning for you. By creating or seeking out images or marks that reflect your feelings you can activate different parts of your brain (neural pathways) and affirm strongly held beliefs, or potentially, create new understanding.

Our facilitator for this session will be Art Therapist Jackie Burden.
