Ovarian Cancer Australia support services
February is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. To highlight awareness we’re presenting this session outlining the support services that OCA (Ovarian Cancer Australia) provide to women and their loved ones. These services include:
- Helpline
- Resources including webinars and fact sheets
- Support programs including counselling and social work
- Support groups
Fiona Mitchell is an Ovarian Cancer Nurse Consultant at Ovarian Cancer Australia. She supports women, their families and friends who have been affected by ovarian cancer through the Teal Support Program and co-facilitates the tele- and Younger Women’s Network support groups.
