Take the opportunity to try a Tai Chi session. Afterwards, share a chat and a cuppa with Peer Support Volunteers from Counterpart.
Tai Chi is a system of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the mind and body together. Movements are performed at a slow, dream-like pace and this, together with mental focus and deep breathing, encourages a state of relaxation. The benefits of Tai Chi include increasing stamina, energy levels, concentration, flexibility and balance.
Covid-19 safety measures will be in place.
