Don't be misled by the title. This book is not about 'curing' cancer, but is a mental training manual to develop your motivation to live. It provides tips on staying positive, resourceful and motivated throughout your cancer treatment, and developing the mental and emotional strength you will need to get through. Author Jeffrey Hodge is a performance consultant who has worked with elite athletes. Lisa Briggs is a Doctor of Osteopathy and an Exercise Scientist and Physiologist in Melbourne who was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer in 2014.
