This CD contains guided meditations designed to be incorporated into the working day. They help the listener to refocus the mind, re-energise the body and calm emotions in order to think clearly, work productively and cope more effectively with the inevitable stressed of life at work. Includes ten short sessions each ranging from one to ten minutes in length, plus one longer session of 20 minutes.
