Helen Eason is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist who leads the Multidisciplinary Lymphoedema Unit at Monash Cancer Centre, Moorabbin Hospital. Helen will discuss practical issues to do with physical activity after gynaecological cancer treatment including: why exercise is important, what kind of exercise might be appropriate, what limitations might women experience, and where to get advice.
