Qi gong is a gentle self-care exercise technique which originated in China and is widely practised for health promotion and prevention of disease. Qi gong practice can help with balance, flexibility and strength. It also calms the mind, improves focus and reduces stress. Join us to learn a simple Qi gong routine that you can continue to practise at home.

Facilitator, Dorota Swiderski is a Qi gong practitioner and a doctor of Chinese Medicine.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.
