During the lift closure our City-based What’s On sessions will be held Women’s Health Victoria at Level 8/255 Bourke Street. Please see the map for directions on our access page.
Many women acknowledge the importance of the service being located away from the hospital environment. Counterpart works hard to create a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The centre is staffed by our dedicated team of trained volunteers who work alongside a small staff team. While Counterpart continues to develop a program of scheduled events and activities, the service believes it is imperative that women and their families can still drop in whenever they like at any stage of their cancer journey.
The Resource Centre is a central place where women can connect with other women who are living well, to normalise their feelings and anxieties and discuss ways to adjust to living with cancer.
