Why and how to exercise
In this session our presenter, Dr Amy Dennett will look at the evidence for why exercise is so important and useful after a cancer diagnosis. She will also demonstrate a gentle sequence of exercises that can easily be done at home.
N.B. The exercises will be suitable for people who have no current injuries and are more than 6 weeks post-surgery.
