Supportive music and imagery with Kate McMahon

Date: Wednesday, 17/09/2025

Time: 10.30am–12.00pm

Location: Women's Health Victoria

Event type: In person

Address: 8/255 Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne VIC, Australia

This experiential session is a chance to drop into some ‘me-time’ and connect with supportive imagery while listening to music. Participants will be invited to step into a nurturing and enjoyable imaginative space while listening to carefully selected music.

After listening, participants will be encouraged to draw/doodle their experiences (no experience/’talent’ needed). There will be a chance to share and reflect on the experience afterwards, and to share and hear about others’ journeys.

This session is designed to provide a gentle and supported space with some reflection and sharing. People will be encouraged to engage at a depth that is helpful for them, and sharing is completely optional.

Come prepared to get comfortable and listen without interruption – you may wish to bring a blanket or pillow for extra cosiness if desired.
