Create your own symbolic cards using collage and archetypal imagery.

The most revealing visual images seem to mysteriously find us. These are the ones we have glued onto our cards and that we feel connected to .

We can often be surprised by the wisdom that unfolds during the workshop

This exercise raises self-awareness of needs and creates hope for the future by clarifying what resonates-or has meaning for each of us.

Sandra has over ten years’ experience as an Arts Therapist and Counsellor. She has completed the Australian Cancer Survivorship Clinical Placement Program at Melbourne’s Peter Mac.

She has an empathetic person-centred presence and is committed to providing her clients with a gentle space of safety and trust, where thoughts and feelings can be explored with care. Sandra work is founded on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

As a woman who has experienced a cancer diagnosis, Sandra has a deep and personal understanding of what enduring cancer treatment and recovery can be like.
