Event booking information

Humanitix

Our event bookings are managed through Humanitix. You do not have to sign up to Humanitix to register.

As our events are privately listed, you cannot search for them on the Humanitix website. You will need to book via our Events page.

Waiting lists

Some of our events are designed for small groups. These have a maximum number of attendees set. If the event is booked out, you will be added to the waiting list.

If you are no longer able to attend a session you are booked in for, please cancel so someone on the waiting list doesn’t miss out.

Cancellation policy

If we do not have enough people enrolled one week before an event is scheduled, we will cancel the session. We hope this is never necessary, but it is not practical to run events with very low numbers.
