Calm mind, restful sleep: guided meditation session
Join us for an online event focused on relaxation and achieving a deeper and more restful night’s sleep. In this session, we’ll begin with a guided meditation led by experienced instructor, Matt Young from the Melbourne Meditation Centre aimed at promoting relaxation and tranquility. Following the meditation, there will be dedicated time for questions and discussions centered around practical strategies for improving sleep quality. Whether you struggle with insomnia or simply desire a more rejuvenating night’s rest, this workshop offers valuable insights and techniques to help you get a better sleep.
Audience: Any woman who has had (recently or in the past) a cancer diagnosis. Family/ partners/ support people of women with a cancer diagnosis are also welcome to attend.
