Dru yoga

Date: Monday, 11/10/2021

Time: 10.30am–11.30am

Location: Online workshop

Address: N/A

Dru yoga uses graceful flowing movement, breathing and visualisation exercises to rejuvenate our whole being: mind, body and spirit. It is designed to be practised by people of any age, ability or fitness level. Yoga can help to improve strength and flexibility, increase core stability, build a heightened feeling of positivity, and bring deep states of relaxation.

The class will start with a gentle warm up, followed by a flowing sequence, then finishing with a guided relaxation. If needed, the warm up and sequence can all be done sitting on a chair. Please prepare by clearing a space to do some movement. You will also need a comfortable place to lie down for relaxation with two pillows and a blanket.

Susan Parsons has been practising and teaching Dru yoga since 2015. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of this gentle and accessible style of yoga.
