Lisa Cosson

Lisa Cosson, a dedicated Fitness Specialist based in Horsham, brings a holistic approach to wellness that blends personalised fitness, nutrition, and stress management. As the leader of Planet Feel Good Health Club, Lisa offers tailored support for people at all stages of fitness, especially those who may feel out of place in larger gyms. Her programs emphasise real food, sustainable movement, and self-care, addressing physical and mental wellbeing. Lisa’s impact on the community shines through her clinical work, innovative wellness events, and compassionate coaching, inspiring clients to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Lisa’s not just about workouts—she’s all about making movement work for you. As a trained fitness specialist, she’s got a deep well of expertise, from adolescent and childhood health to cancer exercise specialist, older adults, and strength development. She’s a Les Mills instructor across multiple programs, a facilitator for the Beat It program (supporting those with diabetes), and a facilitator for the Life program for people at risk of diabetes.

But at the heart of it all? Lisa believes fitness should feel good—welcoming, achievable, and something that lifts you up, not wears you out. Whether she’s coaching, teaching, or just having a chat, she’s here to help people move better, feel better, and live better.

1.30pm – Creative Activity

Michelle Watson

Working as a primary school art teacher for the past 16 years, Michelle has a passion for creativity, nature and working with people.  A few years ago, a cancer diagnosis put her career (and life) on hold.  She feels fortunate to have met some wonderful people along the way and discovered that tapping into creativity has helped her heal.  Michelle will be guiding us through a watercolour painting session where the focus will be on exploring techniques and enjoying the process.  Come along and discover your inner artist in a relaxing and supportive environment.
