Tai Chi for wellbeing

Brenda Oxford, BFF Studios

Hi! I’m Brenda, Founder and CEO of BFF Studios. I have a Diploma in Fitness and lots of fun qualifications like Pilates, Tai Chi, Barre, Boxing, and more. My true passion is helping you feel strong, healthy, and confident in your own skin.

I created BFF Studios to help people find a fitness routine that feels right for them—whatever their age, gender, or fitness level. We focus on personal training, semi-private, and small group sessions to give you the support and encouragement you need. There’s nothing I love more than seeing people achieve their goals and feel great about themselves!

Join me for a gentle Tai Chi session that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing to help reduce stress, improve balance, and boost overall well-being. It’s a beautiful way to connect with your body, find calm, and build strength at your own pace. No experience is needed—just come as you are, and let's move together with kindness and care.
