Qi gong and meditation with Jen Scandolera

Qi gong brings you into yourself, allowing the demands of life to fall away, and leaving you feeling calm, grounded and more present.
Being present is the place of healing, which can then reduce anxiety, temper strong emotions, and it can even assist regular breathing and improve overall health.
Jen has been in the fitness industry for 30 years teaching many other activities to help people stay fit and have fun doing it. However, to share yoga and qi gong has been her calling.
In 2020, Jen went through a cancer journey with oesophageal cancer and has used the healing benefits of qi gong & yoga to now become healthy and vital once more.
Audience: Any woman who has had (recently or in the past) a cancer diagnosis.
