More information about our presenters

Mindful Movement- Mandy Hogan

Meditation, mindfulness and movement are the body’s natural way to manage stress. As a woman and as a health professional, Mandy strives to make a difference to the health and happiness of all people. Mandy’s vocational mission is to positively impact the well-being of others.

Mandy passionately believes that we can proactively influence our mental and physical health, both individually and on a broader scale

Mandy has taught and practiced mindful meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong for the past 10 years. This has provided her with experiential insight into the strength, resilience, compassion and humility that comes from these ancient practices. It’s a gift.

Creative Pot Painting Activity- Suzie Quartermain

Suzie is a Wangaratta local. She teaches Art and STEM at primary school level and runs Wangaratta Craft Studio. The studio runs weekly Kids Craft Club sessions for children and regular Paint and Sip Parties for teens and adults.

Suzie loves to be creative and enjoys seeing self described “uncreative” people develop.
