Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is the peak national organisation for Australians affected by breast cancer. BCNA provides information and support for women and men with breast cancer, and their families/supporters, through the My Journey app and website, and a national telephone helpline 1800 500 258. Cancer Action Victoria
Cancer Action Victoria is a state-based advocacy organisation. It aims to provide a unified, independent voice for all Victorians affected by cancer. It is an umbrella for advocacy and support groups.
Cancer Australia
Cancer Australia was established by the Australian Government in 2006 to benefit all Australians affected by cancer, and their families and carers. Cancer Australia aims to reduce the impact of cancer, address disparities and improve outcomes for people affected by cancer by leading and coordinating national, evidence-based interventions across the continuum of care.
As the lead national cancer control agency, Cancer Australia also makes recommendations to the Australian Government about cancer policy and priorities.

Cancer Council NSW offers a free, national telephone support group program for women living with metastatic breast cancer, who come together twice a month for one hour, on the phone. It’s a safe place to talk to others going through a similar experience. The group is led by two qualified facilitators. There is also a telephone support group for people living with advanced cancer, which includes women living with advanced gynaecological cancers.

Think Pink Living Centre
The Living Centre supports women and men diagnosed with breast cancer, their families and carers. Staff include breast care nurses and the Centre offers a range of practical and wellness focused programs, including a wig bank for women experiencing financial hardship.
Thursday Girls
The Thursday Girls is a weekly therapy and support group for women of any age, living with advanced/metatastic breast cancer. It is facilitated by two experienced social workers and meets in Box Hill.
