There will also be a Qi gong session that you can book to join – click on the link below to register. Qi gong is a gentle self-care exercise technique which originated in China and is widely practised for health promotion and prevention of disease. Qi gong practice can help with balance, flexibility and strength. It also calms the mind, improves focus, and reduces stress. Join us to learn a simple Qi gong routine that you can continue to practise at home.

Our facilitator is Jennifer Kelly.  After training with a Qi gong Master in 2019; Jennifer developed a passion for this beautiful, mindful practice and for the past 3 years has had the privilege of sharing Qi gong with diverse groups of people in the local community.
