This session is for women who have lymphoedema as a result of their cancer treatment. Our presenter, Kate Rogers, an experienced lymphoedema practitioner will focus on self-care strategies that you can do to best manage lymphoedema.

We will also hear from Margaret, a Counterpart volunteer, about her experience of managing lymphoedema over a number of years. She will talk about some practical issues including finding good compression garments.

Kate Rogers is an experienced physiotherapist who has a practice specialising in women’s health, oncology and lymphoedema. She’s held positions on the board, as a committee member and conference convenor for Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA) and has spoken widely at seminars and conferences on the lymphoedema.
